YellowClub is the software; the club owns its activity, its payments and its data. Here is how we protect it.
Your data is yours
The club owns its activity data. You can export it or request its deletion at any time. We do not sell data or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
Players' money never passes through us
The club charges its players with its own gateway (Stripe, Mercado Pago, PayPal) or at reception. YellowClub does not receive, hold or manage those funds. 0% commission on bookings.
Infrastructure & isolation
Encrypted connections (HTTPS), hosting in the European Union and strict isolation between clubs: each club only sees its own data. Backups managed by our providers.
Honest private beta
We are in private beta. We only announce as available what works reliably; anything in development we state clearly. No inflated promises.
Privacy & GDPR
We comply with the GDPR: cookie consent with analytics off by default, a legal basis for every processing activity, and a data processing agreement (DPA) for clubs.
