Terms and Conditions of Use
1. Purpose and acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of YellowClub (hereinafter, "the Platform"), a digital service owned by YellowClub, S.L. that allows sports clubs (hereinafter, "the Club") to manage bookings, matches and communications, and players to book courts and join matches at the connected clubs.
By registering, setting up a club or using the Platform, you fully accept these conditions. If you do not agree with any part, do not use the service.
2. Nature of the service
YellowClub acts as a technology provider. The sports services (court use, lessons, tournaments, catering) are provided directly by each Club, which is responsible for their correct execution, price, quality and customer service.
The Platform allows you to:
- Check court availability at the connected clubs and make bookings.
- Create open matches and join other players' matches.
- Manage a wallet balance to pay for bookings.
- Review your history of bookings, matches and playing statistics.
- Sign up for tournaments, leagues and lessons organised by the Club.
- Receive email and push notifications about your activity.
3. Match types
3.1 Private Match
The user books the entire court. The costs are shared among the players indicated by the person booking. The person responsible for the booking is the one who makes the payment.
3.2 Open Match (with level)
The Club or an administrator opens the court so that any player within a given level range can join. Only players whose declared level is within the indicated range can join.
3.3 Flexible Open Match
Similar to the previous one but with no level restriction. Any registered player can join regardless of their declared level.
4. Bookings and payments
Payment is made when the booking is confirmed by bank card, wallet balance or a credit pack purchased from the corresponding Club. There is no booking without confirmed payment, unless the Club explicitly offers the option of on-site payment.
The prices shown are set by each Club and include the applicable taxes. The Club reserves the right to modify its rates with reasonable prior notice through the Platform.
5. Cancellation policy
Each Club sets its own cancellation policy, visible at the time of booking. In the absence of a specific Club policy, the following default terms apply:

Refunds are always made to the user's wallet at the corresponding Club, not to the original payment method, unless the Club decides otherwise.
6. Incomplete match
If an open match does not reach the minimum number of players required before it starts, the amount paid by each registered player will be held in their wallet and will not be refunded to the original payment method. The Club will try to notify players in advance, but does not guarantee communication in all cases.
7. Wallet
- The wallet balance is specific to each Club and can only be used on the Platform with that Club.
- It has no monetary value outside the Club and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Top-up credit packs are promotional offers from the Club, non-transferable and subject to its conditions.
- The balance does not expire while the account is active, unless the Club indicates otherwise.
- In the event of account closure, the remaining balance may be claimed for 30 days.
8. Playing level
The playing level is assigned by the Club or self-declared by the user. The Club may modify a player's level based on their performance. Declaring a false level to access matches outside the real range may lead to the temporary or permanent suspension of the account.
9. User conduct
The user agrees to:
- Respect the other players, the Club staff and the facilities.
- Not transfer their account to third parties.
- Not use the Platform for fraudulent or unlawful activities.
- Show up for booked matches or cancel with sufficient notice.
- Provide truthful information when registering and keep it up to date.
Repeated non-compliance may result in the suspension or cancellation of the account by the Club or by YellowClub.
10. Liability
YellowClub is not responsible for injuries, material damage or losses suffered during sports practice. Each player plays under their own responsibility and must be in adequate physical condition.
The Platform is offered "as is" and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. YellowClub may carry out maintenance that causes temporary interruptions and works to minimise its impact.
The contractual relationship regarding the sports service is established directly between the player and the Club, not with YellowClub.
11. Intellectual property
The YellowClub brand, the logo, the Platform design, the texts and the software are the property of YellowClub, S.L. or its licensors. Their reproduction or use without express authorisation is prohibited.
The content published by each Club (photographs, descriptions, Club logos) is the property of the corresponding Club.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute between the user and YellowClub, both parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Valencia (Spain), expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them. Disputes between the user and a specific Club are governed by the jurisdiction applicable to that Club.
