Frequently asked questions

Do you charge a commission per booking or per payment?

No. 0%. We charge a fixed subscription per tier of verified players — your revenue is yours.

What is a verified player?

A real, active user — not a demo account — with activity at your club in the last 12 months: a booking that was not cancelled, having played a match, or having joined someone else’s booking as a companion. Signing up or verifying an email does not count on its own, and club membership is not required.

Do my players pay anything to use the app?

The player pays YellowClub nothing: not to book, not to join matches, not to install the app. What they pay your club for court time is up to you; we take no commission.

Is there any lock-in or setup fee?

There's no setup fee or lock-in. The Free plan is free forever up to 100 verified players.

What happens if I exceed my tier?

We warn you with plenty of margin and you decide whether to move up a tier. We never cut off your club's operation by surprise.
