Frequently asked questions

Do you charge a commission per booking or per payment?

No. 0%. We charge a fixed subscription per tier of verified players — your revenue is yours.

What is a verified player?

A player with a verified email and real activity in your club (at least one booking or match). Phantom sign-ups don't count or add to your tier.

Do my players pay anything to use the app?

Never. Not to book, not to join matches, not to install the app.

Is there any lock-in or setup fee?

There's no setup fee or lock-in. The Free plan is free forever up to 100 verified players.

What happens if I exceed my tier?

We warn you with plenty of margin and you decide whether to move up a tier. We never cut off your club's operation by surprise.
