Do I need to buy any hardware?＋
No. YellowClub is software: it runs on the front-desk computer and on phones. We don’t sell or install hardware.
Can I bring my players and bookings across?＋
Players sign up themselves or you add them from the panel. If you’re coming from another system, tell us and we’ll look at it case by case.
How does YellowClub get paid?＋
The club pays a monthly fee only once it passes 100 verified players. We never charge booking commission and never touch your players’ money.
Who owns the club’s data?＋
The club. Export it or ask for its deletion whenever you want.
Is there a lock-in period?＋
No. No lock-in and no setup fee. If you leave, you leave.
How long until it’s running?＋
Setup is a couple of hours with you alongside. Reviewing the application takes 24-48 h.
